Terms & Conditions - Spirit of the Republic Campaign

1. Participation in the contest is purely voluntary and not binding on any individual
2. Offer valid for direct cash patients only (ie not valid for empanelment cash patients)
3. Offer cannot be clubbed with other offers / discounts prevailing during the offer period
4. Offer valid for full cash paying OPD patients between Jan 25 and Feb 28
5. Offer is not valid for employees of Silver Streak Hospital or their relatives
6. Management reserves the right to modify, change or substitute prizes or value at its sole discretion
7. Management also reserves the right to postpone, suspend, terminate the entire program at its sole discretion.
8. The decision of the management on the outcome of the winners will be binding
9. Products / Images shown in the communication are for representation purposes only.
10. Only one entry per patient per week is acceptable. Duplicate entries will be rejected and disqualified.
11. Winning entries will be validated for authenticity such as date of OPD , payment details etc. In case of any discrepancy, entry will be rejected and the next lot will be drawn. Fraudulent or incomplete entries will be summarily rejected.
12. Prizes mentioned are not redeemable or exchangeable against cash
13. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or additional costs associated with the prize if applicable.
