Job Summary:
Silver Streak Multi-Speciality Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate Anesthetist to join our dynamic medical team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in administering anaesthesia and managing critical care cases. Proficiency in handling neurosurgical procedures and managing ICU patients is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer general, regional, and local anaesthesia during surgical and diagnostic procedures.
- Pre-anesthesia assessment and post-operative care of patients.
- Ensure patient safety and monitor vital signs throughout surgical procedures.
- Provide advanced life support and critical care in ICU settings.
- Manage anaesthesia for neurosurgeries and complex, high-risk procedures.
- Collaborate with surgeons, critical care teams, and nursing staff to develop appropriate anaesthesia plans.
- Participate in on-call duties and respond promptly to emergencies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma or MD in Anaesthesiology from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in anaesthesia and critical care.
- Experience in neurosurgical anaesthesia and ICU management is mandatory.
- Strong decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid medical license and registration with the Medical Council.
