Registration
- Participation is only confirmed through the official website silverstreakhospital.com/run4health, following the outlined registration process.
- The event is free for all participants to encourage inclusivity and promote health awareness.
Race Guidelines
- Runners must follow the designated race route and complete the full distance to be recognized as finishers.
- An official race bib must be visibly displayed on the front of the participant’s attire throughout the event.
- Straying from the official course or receiving unauthorized assistance may result in disqualification.
Health & Safety
- All runners must be in good physical condition before participating in the marathon.
- It is highly recommended that individuals with pre-existing health conditions consult a medical professional before registering.
- Participants are required to follow all safety instructions provided by race officials and medical personnel to ensure a secure environment.
Code of Conduct
- All participants must demonstrate respectful and sportsmanlike behavior at all times.
- Any form of verbal abuse, physical altercation, or unsportsmanlike conduct will lead to immediate disqualification.
- Respect towards fellow runners, volunteers, event staff, and spectators is essential to maintaining a positive atmosphere.
Event Modifications & Cancellations
- The organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the marathon due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or natural disasters.
- Any changes will be communicated promptly, and all decisions made by the organizers are final.
Liability & Risk Acknowledgment
- By participating, runners acknowledge and accept the risks associated with marathon running, including potential injuries.
- The event organizers will not be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damages incurred during the event.
Media & Publicity Consent
- By registering, participants grant permission for their name, image, and any photographs or videos taken during the event to be used for promotional and marketing purposes, without compensation.
Age Requirements
- Participants must be 18 years or older to register independently.
- Minors under 18 can participate with written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Bib Collection
- Each participant will receive a race bib, available for collection at SilverStreak Hospital on March 7th & 8th, 2025, between 10 AM and 5 PM.
Compliance with Laws
- All runners must adhere to local laws, regulations, and public safety guidelines throughout the event, including traffic and public order rules.
Terms & Conditions Updates
