Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Interaction: Greet patients and visitors, provide information, and assist with inquiries.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Book, reschedule, and manage patient appointments.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: BA, or Bachelor’s degree or diploma in hospital administration, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role (preferably in a healthcare setting).
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of hospital management software, MS Office, and billing systems.
