Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Interaction: Greet patients and visitors, provide information, and assist with inquiries.
- Appointment Scheduling: Book, reschedule, and manage patient appointments.
- Registration & Documentation: Collect patient details, update records, and verify insurance documents.
- Billing & Payments: Process payments, generate invoices, and handle cash/card transactions.
- Coordination: Liaise with doctors, nurses, and hospital departments for smooth patient flow.
- Telephone Handling: Answer calls, provide information, and transfer calls to relevant departments.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: BA, or Bachelor’s degree or diploma in hospital administration, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role (preferably in a healthcare setting).
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of hospital management software, MS Office, and billing systems.
