Job Summary:

Silver Streak Multi-Speciality Hospital is looking for a smart, well-spoken, and presentable Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to enhance patient satisfaction and support the end-to-end patient journey across OPD and IPD settings. This role requires excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to handle patient concerns and aggression calmly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism at OPD.
  • Assist patients with registration, appointment scheduling, and navigation within the hospital.
  • Offer counselling and reassurance to anxious patients and attendants, especially in high-stress departments.
  • Support the IPD admission process, room allocation, and discharge coordination.
  • Provide information about doctors’ availability, treatment plans, billing, and hospital services.
  • Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.
  • Manage feedback, resolve minor grievances, and escalate complaints to the appropriate authority when required.
  • Handle difficult or aggressive patients and attendants with empathy, patience, and tact.
  • Maintain high standards of grooming, etiquette, and confidentiality at all times.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Fresher or up to 2 year of experience in a similar role (healthcare/hospital/hospitality background preferred).
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Well-groomed and presentable appearance.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and deal with emotional or aggressive situations professionally.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and hospital protocols is an advantage.

Preferred Qualities:

  • A customer-centric attitude with a genuine desire to help people.
  • Confident, polite, and able to multitask in a fast-paced hospital environment.
  • Female candidates preferred (depending on patient demographics & comfort), but not mandatory.
