Job Summary:
Silver Streak Multi-Speciality Hospital is seeking a dedicated and result-oriented HR Recruiter with prior experience in the hospital or healthcare industry. This role is focused exclusively on end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and salary negotiation. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and an established network within the hospital sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for clinical, paramedical, administrative, and support staff positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, hospital networks, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews, and coordinate with department heads for final selection.
- Negotiate salary packages in line with internal policies and budget constraints.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, and follow up for onboarding formalities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities using Excel and HR tools.
- Maintain a strong professional network in the healthcare and hospital domain to support active and passive hiring.
- Ensure all hiring processes are conducted in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in a hospital or healthcare setting (mandatory).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close offers with candidates across levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, recruitment trackers, and reporting.
- Strong networking skills within the hospital industry.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines.
