Marketing Executive

Silver Streak Multi-Speciality Hospital is looking for a motivated and energetic Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience in healthcare industry marketing. This role involves executing on-ground marketing activities, coordinating with referral partners, supporting corporate outreach, and building brand visibility through community engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities across various channels.
• Coordinate with referral doctors, clinics, and diagnostic partners to maintain strong relationships.
• Support corporate outreach efforts including wellness camps, health talks, and employee engagement programs.
• Engage with RWAs, local communities, and societies for organizing health check-up camps and awareness events.
• Distribute marketing materials and ensure branding visibility in targeted locations.
• Conduct market research and collect feedback from patients, partners, and community stakeholders.
• Assist in managing the hospital’s social media presence and content coordination.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on field activities, visits, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the creative team for timely execution of marketing collaterals.
• Track and report competitors’ activities and recommend actionable insights.
• Ensure consistent hospital branding and visibility across offline and online channels.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in healthcare, hospital, or service industry marketing.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and build relationships effectively.
• Willingness to travel locally and conduct field activities on a regular basis.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.
• Ability to work under supervision, meet deadlines, and maintain daily reporting discipline.
