• Numerous pleural fluid aspiration, ascitic fluid aspirations, CSF aspirations, intercostal drainage tube, pigtail, pleural catheters.
• Fully competent in advanced procedures such as bronchoscopy, pleuroscopy and other advanced techniques such as EBUS-TBNA, etc. I am also competent with advanced therapeutic interventional procedures such as bronchoscopic debulking, stent insertion,cryo, etc. I have done 500+ bronchoscopies, more than 50 EBUS, & around 50+ pleuroscopies.
• Having vigorous experience in handling ARDS, SARS-COVID patients, influenza outbreak patients, dengue and chikungunya outbreaks (ICU, wards, OPD)
• Managed numerous tuberculosis cases including MDR and XDR cases. Good experience in HIV patients.
• Vast amount of experience in Biologics/monoclonal antibody therapy in asthma, targeted gene therapies in lung cancer, CTD-ILDs and management/treatment of autoimmune disorders.
• Well versed and experienced in all ultrasound procedures (lung biopsies, ICD/pigtail insertion, point of care USG, screening echocardiography, liver biopsies).
